Feminine Alchemy

For many women, there is a particular tension that runs just beneath the surface. It doesn't always reveal itself to the outside world. In fact, it doesn't even reveal itself to us very often. But in the quiet moments when we slow down inside, we do feel it. It does rise up.

This subtle undercurrent of responsibility, a tinge of anxiety, a quiet loneliness inside of it all, exhaustion (especially in the body), a fear of not being or doing enough, unmet needs and longings, the desire to surrender but no place to surrender into, the pressure to get it right and to get it done as often and as soon as possible… there is just so much.

And woven into this undercurrent is also something we can't shake — this feeling, sensing, knowing that there must be more. There must be another way.

Sumir Brown

This experience will be lovingly and powerfully guided by Sumir Brown — international coach and facilitator, founder of Feminine Rising and The Golden Path.

Each day we will explore, integrate, and breathe into the next evolution of ourselves through guided embodied experiences that bring us closer to our true nature and the richness of our being as women.

You will be witnessed and supported by an intimate circle of women walking this path of awakening — together.

Arrivals & Departures

Check-In — September 15th You are welcome to arrive as early as 1:00 PM to enjoy tea, explore the grounds, and settle into your room.
Our opening session is at 3:00 PM

Check-Out — September 21st Room check-out is at 10:00 AM
Our closing session is at 3:00 PM

Accommodations

Our rooms at New Eden are spacious with private ensuites. Our group will enjoy a private wing with dedicated dining room, lounge with fireplace, sauna, event space and beautiful grounds.

New Eden offers vegan, vegetarian, and meat options, and can accommodate dietary needs including:

Set in the serene Dutch countryside, New Eden is a sanctuary for transformation — a place where the land itself invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what matters. This will be our home for six days.

Set on 50 acres of forest and open meadows, New Eden offers forest trails, a wood fired sauna, outdoor fire circle, tranquil pond and open garden areas to relax and restore during our retreat.

Getting There:

~1 hour 45 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS)

New Eden is nestled in the Frisian countryside. We recommend flying into Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and either taking the train, sharing a taxi or renting a car. Once registered, we will connect participants so they can identify travel companions from the airport to the venue (for example, sharing a taxi) as well as provide further travel instructions.
