For many women, there is a particular tension that runs just beneath the surface. It doesn't always reveal itself to the outside world. In fact, it doesn't even reveal itself to us very often. But in the quiet moments when we slow down inside, we do feel it. It does rise up.

This subtle undercurrent of responsibility, a tinge of anxiety, a quiet loneliness inside of it all, exhaustion (especially in the body), a fear of not being or doing enough, unmet needs and longings, the desire to surrender but no place to surrender into, the pressure to get it right and to get it done as often and as soon as possible… there is just so much.

And woven into this undercurrent is also something we can't shake — this feeling, sensing, knowing that there must be more. There must be another way.

This experience will be lovingly and powerfully guided by Sumir Brown — international coach and facilitator, founder of Feminine Rising and The Golden Path.

Each day we will explore, integrate, and breathe into the next evolution of ourselves through guided embodied experiences that bring us closer to our true nature and the richness of our being as women.

You will be witnessed and supported by an intimate circle of women walking this path of awakening — together.

The Practicals

Everything You Need to Know

Arrivals & Departures

Check In — March 22nd Arrive as early as 10:00 AM to enjoy tea, explore the grounds, and settle in. Rooms are ready at 4:00 PM.

Check Out — March 27th Room checkout at 10:00 AM. Our retreat concludes at 4:00 PM — your luggage will be safely stored so you can remain fully present for our closing.

Accommodations

Rooms at The Hideaway are spacious with private ensuites. Our group will enjoy a private wing with balconies, a fire pit, lounge, and hot tub, plus a dedicated event room.

Single room (available at extra charge)

Dining

The Hideaway offers vegan, vegetarian, and meat options, and can accommodate dietary needs including:

Gluten-free (non-celiac)
Dairy-free
Specific allergies (nuts, peppers, shellfish, fruits)

Kitchenettes are available in common areas for your favorite snacks and supplements.

Nestled among towering pines with panoramic views of Pikes Peak, The Hideaway offers an authentic Colorado atmosphere — a place where the land itself invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what matters. This will be our home for five days.
